Nous sommes dans un contexte de vieillissement d\u00e9mographique. Le rapport Laroque en 1962 alerte sur les situations pr\u00e9caires des personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es en France et notamment la pauvret\u00e9, l\u2019isolement. Le scandale des EHPAD, mis en avant par Victor Castanet en 2022, montre que ce constat reste d’actualit\u00e9.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n

J\u2019ai eu la chance d\u2019\u00eatre soutenue et financ\u00e9 par la chaire ARCHIDESSA, Architecture, Design et Sant\u00e9. Cette chaire est labellis\u00e9e et conventionn\u00e9e par le minist\u00e8re de la Culture et cofond\u00e9e par l\u2019Assistance publique h\u00f4pitaux de Paris et la Fondation de l\u2019AP-HP pour la Recherche.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n

J\u2019ai \u00e9crit mon m\u00e9moire en trois parties. Au d\u00e9but, je voulais m\u2019appuyer sur des bases solides, j\u2019ai donc analys\u00e9 les mythes et les repr\u00e9sentations de la vieillesse. Je voulais d\u00e9construire mes id\u00e9es re\u00e7ues et d\u00e9buter avec le moins d\u2019aprioris et de st\u00e9r\u00e9otypes sur les personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n

Ensuite, je ne voulais pas parler \u00e0 la place des s\u00e9niors, donc j\u2019ai r\u00e9alis\u00e9 des enqu\u00eates. Cette d\u00e9marche m\u2019a permis d\u2019\u00eatre au pr\u00e8s des envies et pr\u00e9occupations de chacun. Diff\u00e9rentes notions ont \u00e9t\u00e9 abord\u00e9es comme l\u2019isolement, l\u2019autonomie, l’attachement \u00e0 son quartier, sa maison et ses meubles.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n

Enfin, j\u2019ai analys\u00e9 et mis en \u00e9vidence des d\u00e9tails significatifs – \u00e0 la fois les singularit\u00e9s point\u00e9es par une seule personne et des \u00e9l\u00e9ments plus r\u00e9currents \u2013 li\u00e9s au vieillissement et \u00e0 l\u2019habitat.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n

Au travers de ce m\u00e9moire, j\u2019ai appris qu\u2019aucun des dispositifs, habitats et am\u00e9nagements ne sont en concurrence, ils sont compl\u00e9mentaires et r\u00e9pondent \u00e0 diff\u00e9rentes personnes en fonction de leurs besoins, envies, \u00e9tat de sant\u00e9 et budget. Proposer une pluralit\u00e9 de solutions permet aux a\u00een\u00e9s de vivre le mieux possible leur vieillissement.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n
