Major tech companies such as Amazon, Apple and Microsoft, whose headquarters are located in Silicon Valley, have nearly all followed this new office design method, which consists of making our work spaces fun. In other words, offices are now playgrounds featuring colourful walls, rooms decorated according to theme, games rooms and more. Offices have become the opposite of what they once were.
