Les ch\u00e2teaux sont hors-normes, ils ont travers\u00e9 les si\u00e8cles et ont connu toutes les \u00e9poques depuis leur cr\u00e9ation jusqu\u2019\u00e0 notre \u00e8re. Aussi, d\u2019un point de vue architectural ce sont des cr\u00e9ations extr\u00eamement complexes, avec 100 pi\u00e8ces diff\u00e9rentes pour 100 usages diff\u00e9rents. Ils se dressent comme un t\u00e9moin intemporel de l\u2019aristocratie pass\u00e9e.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n

I. Le scan des pi\u00e8ces du ch\u00e2teau au Bic<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n

Munie d\u2019un Bic et d\u2019un grand bloc de feuilles, je trace les formes que mon \u0153il a ador\u00e9 voir dans le ch\u00e2teau et je les couche sur le papier. J\u2019effleure la surface des formes. Le Bic agit comme un scanner, captant toutes les particularit\u00e9s que je ne voyais pas avec la photo. Le Bic ose p\u00e9n\u00e9trer au-del\u00e0 de la surface.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n

La chambre et la biblioth\u00e8que<\/em>\n<\/figcaption>\n <\/article>\n\n\n\n

Mon geste poss\u00e8de une part d\u2019effraction, comme si j\u2019arrivais dans le ch\u00e2teau pour d\u00e9truire les espaces et en faire des successions de surfaces \u00e0 motif au Bic. Mais ce geste qui se r\u00e9pand du sol au plafond permet une uniformisation faisant baigner les pi\u00e8ces dans un climat monochrome textur\u00e9. Une nouvelle respiration est ainsi insuffl\u00e9e.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n\n

Apr\u00e8s avoir r\u00e9alis\u00e9 cette s\u00e9rie de dessins, je me suis demand\u00e9e ce que j\u2019allais faire ensuite. Apr\u00e8s quelques semaines de r\u00e9flexion tout en continuant \u00e0 cr\u00e9er des dessins, l\u2019\u00e9vidence m\u2019est apparue. Si j\u2019avais tout remis \u00e0 plat, c\u2019\u00e9tait pour que les \u00e9l\u00e9ments soient plus habilement transformables et que je puisse intervenir avec libert\u00e9.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n

II. La m\u00e9tamorphose<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n

Pour cr\u00e9er de nouveaux meubles, je suis partie de ma longue observation du mobilier gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 mon travail d\u2019analyse au Bic. Leur aspect tr\u00e8s fig\u00e9 et statique m\u2019a particuli\u00e8rement frapp\u00e9. Les mat\u00e9riaux sont redondants, les formes aussi. Cependant ces formes marquent l\u2019esprit du ch\u00e2teau et je n\u2019ai pas voulu les oublier.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n

III. La fabrication en volume<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n

Suite \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation de ces dessins, j\u2019ai fait le choix de les r\u00e9aliser en volume 3D non seulement pour leur donner un ancrage dans la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 mais aussi pour les replacer de la mani\u00e8re la plus r\u00e9aliste dans leur contexte originel. Les objets transforment chaque espace immobile en une sc\u00e8ne vivante.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n

IV. La mise en situation<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n\n

“Je favorise un geste de dessinatrice et je r\u00e9alise alors en peinture num\u00e9rique chacun des mobiliers que je cr\u00e9e”<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n\n

Le nouveau mobilier redessin\u00e9 num\u00e9riquement et incrust\u00e9 devient alors une sorte de parasite qui vient chambouler le reste de la composition de la pi\u00e8ce. Les mat\u00e9riaux r\u00e9apparaissent pour la premi\u00e8re fois. Tous les nouveaux meubles se confrontent \u00e0 leur contexte. Ils forment une passerelle entre h\u00e9ritage et contemporain.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n

Le mobilier subit une petite r\u00e9volution qui ne cherche pas \u00e0 supprimer les anciens codes du ch\u00e2teau mais \u00e0 les prendre comme appui et \u00e0 retravailler avec eux. Mis cote \u00e0 cote, les 8 espaces parviennent \u00e0 cohabiter ensemble et reforment \u00e0 l\u2019infini de nouveaux espaces qui se confondent et qui re chamboulent l\u2019int\u00e9rieur.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n
