Le conservatoire Darius Milhaud est r\u00e9habilit\u00e9 en centre culturel associatif. Des dispositifs lumineux et acoustiques, des interventions simples et r\u00e9versibles, offrent aux artistes un outil de cr\u00e9ation agile et au public une vie de quartier renou\u00e9e.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n\n

02 – RENCONTRE<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n\n

Ce projet s\u2019est construit autour d\u2019\u00e9changes et de rencontres avec des membres de l\u2019association \u00ab La G\u00e9n\u00e9rale \u00bb qui occupe actuellement le b\u00e2timent. Ces temps d\u2019\u00e9changes ont nourri ma r\u00e9flexion et mes intentions en \u00e9clairant les besoins en termes d\u2019espace, d\u2019usages et de vie du lieu.

03 – PROGRAMME<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n\n

La nature du b\u00e2timent et de son occupation induit un programme qui se veut \u00eatre riche et complexe et qui n\u00e9cessite une organisation spatiale bien d\u00e9finie.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n

Le lieu se destinant \u00e0 la fois \u00e0 l\u2019accueil d\u2019un public ext\u00e9rieur, il est aussi un lieu de vie \u00e0 part enti\u00e8re pour les membres de l\u2019association et les artistes en r\u00e9sidence. Chacun doit y trouver ses marques dans un cadre serein et p\u00e9renne. Il apparaissait alors essentiel de mieux d\u00e9limiter les espaces et d\u2019ainsi distinguer espaces priv\u00e9s.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n

\n\n\n\nPlan projet\u00e9 niveau R-1. Espace semi-priv\u00e9 o\u00f9 se trouvent les espaces d\u00e9di\u00e9s aux r\u00e9sidents : chambres, espaces communs, salles de douches, cuisine partag\u00e9e.\n\n\n\n\n<\/figcaption>\n <\/article>\n\n\n\n

Dans cette perspective d\u2019un lieu qui se veut dynamique, ouvert au public et adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019accueil en r\u00e9sidence d\u2019artistes, l\u2019organisation spatiale a quelque peu \u00e9tait remani\u00e9e afin d\u2019y ajouter un programme ajout\u00e9. Ce programme ajout\u00e9 c\u2019est l\u2019accueil sur place de r\u00e9sidents en h\u00e9bergement, ce qui n\u2019est actuellement pas le cas.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n\n

Il a pour vocation de rendre plus facile le travail des artistes, leur permettant d\u2019\u00eatre sur place 24h\/24h. Le lieu est donc \u00e0 la fois un lieu et outil de travail mais aussi de vie, favorisant les \u00e9changes, le partage d\u2019id\u00e9es et d\u2019exp\u00e9riences.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n

Le niveau R-2 est un espace particulier. Il est semi-enterr\u00e9 et est tourn\u00e9 vers un patio. \u00c0 l\u2019abri des regards, en toute discr\u00e9tion, il est pourtant le noyau central de ce lieu artistique tourn\u00e9 vers le partage, la cr\u00e9ation et l\u2019\u00e9change. Il est l\u2019endroit o\u00f9 les rencontres se font, o\u00f9 les projets artistiques prennent vie.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n\n

04. Un vrai faux-plafond<\/p>\r\n

\r\n

Comment permettre la modularit\u00e9 de chaque espace, son confort en termes d\u2019usage et d\u2019accueil ?<\/span><\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/article>\n\n\n\n

Le plafond, plan vertical constitue un \u00e9l\u00e9ment essentiel, fondamental de l\u2019architecture. Dans cette volont\u00e9 de ne toucher que le moins possible \u00e0 l\u2019existant, c\u2019est cet \u00e9l\u00e9ment architectural existant que j\u2019ai souhait\u00e9 remanier, revaloriser dans cette perspective de modularit\u00e9 de l\u2019espace.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n\n

J\u2019ai donc pens\u00e9 le plafond comme un vrai faux-plafond, suivant une trame, un dessin, un quadrillage de 50x50cm. Cette grille, trame, a un premier r\u00f4le technique de passage de gaines, de r\u00e9seau \u00e9lectrique, de r\u00e9seau sprinkler. Cette trame et grille se retrouve \u00e0 chaque niveau, cr\u00e9er une coh\u00e9rence visuelle \u00e0 chaque \u00e9tage.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n

– LA LUMI\u00c8RE –<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n\n

La lumi\u00e8re vient donc faire partie int\u00e9grante de ce faux plafond tram\u00e9. Elle est une vraie intervention architecturale \u00e0 part enti\u00e8re, elle int\u00e8gre l\u2019espace, le respecte, le souligne et y est associ\u00e9e.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n\n

La volont\u00e9 a donc \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 partir d\u2019une contrainte simple, celle de ce faux plafond aux dalles 50×50 de cr\u00e9er un environnement et un parcours lumineux contrastant et visuel. Finalement, travailler directement l\u2019espace lumi\u00e8re, mouvement afin que celui-ci devienne un rep\u00e8re, une identit\u00e9 du lieu et des espaces.

La question de la lumi\u00e8re constitue l\u2019approche m\u00eame de ce projet avec pour ambition architecturale de r\u00e9duire les interventions subjectives de l\u2019architecte afin d\u2019aller vers une conception plus math\u00e9matique et pragmatique de l\u2019intervention. Le dessin lumineux des espaces conf\u00e8re une esth\u00e9tique complexe par la r\u00e8gle la plus simple.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n
