L’intention<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n\n

Quoi ? Le projet Forma Nou a pour ambition de municipaliser une villa priv\u00e9e, ancien domaine agricole minorquin, en la r\u00e9habilitant comme g\u00eete rural. R\u00e9alis\u00e9 en tenant compte des questions environnementales et sociales de l\u2019\u00eele, ce projet entend transformer le r\u00f4le et le regard du voyageur.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n\n

Pourquoi ? L\u2019\u00eele de Minorque fait aujourd\u2019hui face \u00e0 une tension entre la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de pr\u00e9server son territoire dans son ensemble (patrimoine, faune et flore…) et l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 d\u2019accueillir toujours plus de touristes. De plus, la hausse du prix de l\u2019immobilier rend la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 difficilement accessible aux r\u00e9sidents.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n\n

Comment ? En proposant une exp\u00e9rience sensible et m\u00e9morielle du voyage, au rythme des saisons et des savoir-faire pour participer \u00e0 la reviviscence du domaine agricole.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n\n

Qui ? Le Conseil Insulaire de l\u2019\u00eele, les agriculteurs locaux et les voyageurs participent \u00e0 \u00e9crire la suite de l\u2019histoire de Forma Nou.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n\n

Pens\u00e9es pour dialoguer avec le territoire minorquin, les parcelles du terrain sont lou\u00e9es \u00e0 des agriculteurs locaux. Respectant la division existante de l\u2019ancien domaine agricole cr\u00e9\u00e9e par les murets en pierres s\u00e8ches, les agriculteurs cultivent des ressources locales.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n\n

Les b\u00e2tis agricoles existants sont conserv\u00e9s. Les almacens<\/em> servent de r\u00e9serves aux agriculteurs, le poulailler et l\u2019ancien four \u00e0 pain sont r\u00e9nov\u00e9s : Forma Nou<\/em> retrouve une part d\u2019autonomie, semblable \u00e0 celle dont elle disposait auparavant.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n\n

Le puits existant est lui aussi restaur\u00e9. Reli\u00e9 \u00e0 une pompe, il permet d\u2019alimenter les cultures en eau de fa\u00e7on raisonn\u00e9e.
L\u2019\u00eele jouit de 300 jours d\u2019ensoleillement par an, les diff\u00e9rents panneaux photovolta\u00efques peuvent donc abondamment fournir
de l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 au g\u00eete.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n

L’int\u00e9rieur
Un am\u00e9nagement en dialogue avec les savoir-faire minorquins<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n\n

L\u2019am\u00e9nagement int\u00e9rieur du g\u00eete a \u00e9t\u00e9 pens\u00e9 tel un dialogue entre l\u2019architecture traditionnelle minorquine et ses savoir-faire et contemporan\u00e9it\u00e9. Respectant les plans de r\u00e9partition usuelle des fi ncas minorquines, l\u2019organisation spatiale est pens\u00e9e selon le vent et l\u2019ensoleillement.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n\n

Le choix des mat\u00e9riaux, comme la chaux, r\u00e9pondent aux besoins d\u2019un habitat insulaire. Le mobilier ma\u00e7onn\u00e9,
pallie au manque de bois g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 par la tramontane, d\u2019autres (lits et banquettes), s\u2019inspirent des barreras traditionnelles, embl\u00e8mes minorquins.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n\n

Le tout r\u00e9pond aux usages d\u2019un g\u00eete rural, accueillant jusqu\u2019\u00e0 treize voyageurs, soucieux de vivre un s\u00e9jour en ad\u00e9quation
