Le projet se situe \u00e0 Daecheon, une ville portuaire de la c\u00f4te ouest de la Cor\u00e9e du sud. Avec l’ajout de terre en 1980, le port a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9. A l’origine, juste une partie de terrain existait et toute la production marine se faisait depuis les \u00eeles autour. Depuis la cr\u00e9ation du port presque toute l\u2019activit\u00e9 marine se fait \u00e0 Daecheon.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n

Ces recherches m’ont permis de relever des probl\u00e9matiques de la ville. Pour beaucoup, c\u2019est une vraie pr\u00e9occupation. Le terrain d’origine qui existait avant la cr\u00e9ation du port n\u2019est plus adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 la fa\u00e7on dont les gens le vivent aujourd\u2019hui. Cet espace pourrait jouer un nouveau r\u00f4le au vu des \u00e9l\u00e9ments qui le composent et qui l\u2019entourent.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n

Plan g\u00e9n\u00e9ral<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n\n

Le terrain devient un grand jardin travers\u00e9 de chemins pour offrir une promenade d\u00e9paysante. Toute la zone est r\u00e9serv\u00e9e aux pi\u00e9tons. Le public peut donc se reposer tranquillement, manger sans \u00eatre d\u00e9rang\u00e9. Cette nouvelle mobilit\u00e9 apporte un calme propice au partage de l’espace par les usagers.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n

On se rapproche progressivement de la mer sur la terrasse, en commen\u00e7ant par les angles de vue qu\u2019elle offre. Les diff\u00e9rents niveaux guident indirectement les utilisateurs \u00e0 travers diff\u00e9rents paysages. Plus on descend vers l\u2019eau, moins on a de v\u00e9g\u00e9tation pour la d\u00e9coration, et plus l\u2019ambiance rappelle la mer.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n

L’espace cuisine et repas serait comme une aire de repos face \u00e0 la mer, comme des halles en plein air pour d\u00e9guster des fruits de mer. Il invite les participants \u00e0 ressentir l’espace propos\u00e9. Un sentiment d\u2019unit\u00e9 aussi bien avec les gens qu\u2019avec l\u2019ensemble du paysage.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n
