R\u00e9habilitation d’un terrain ponctu\u00e9 par trois b\u00e2tisses : un ancien relais de poste, une ancienne \u00e9curie et une grange\n<\/figcaption>\n <\/article>\n\n\n

L’histoire<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n

D\u00e9couverte et prise en compte des anciennes vies de la maison : un ancien relais de poste devenu un h\u00f4tel\/restaurant, puis une \u00e9picerie.\nDimension de la route, de l’hospitalit\u00e9 et dimension alimentaire.\n3 histoires que je souhaitent faire cohabiter dans la maison, en se r\u00e9appropriant leurs usages contemporainement.\n<\/figcaption>\n <\/article>\n\n\n\n

D\u00e9couverte du “pays” de la Beauce, une r\u00e9gion brutalement modifi\u00e9e au profit de l’agroalimentaire. Principalement compos\u00e9e de champs \u00e0 perte de vue, de petites for\u00eats et de quelques moulins d\u00e9saffect\u00e9s.\n<\/figcaption>\n <\/article>\n\n\n\n

Comment mettre en valeur le pays de la Beauce, une r\u00e9gion dans laquelle on ne fait que passer pour atteindre une destination plus s\u00e9duisante ?\nNous ne sommes pas en Gr\u00e8ce mais ces paysages plats offrent une certaine beaut\u00e9 que j\u2019ai souhait\u00e9 mettre \u00e0 l\u2019honneur gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ces dispositifs for\u00e7ant la contemplation et moments de convivialit\u00e9 induit par l\u2019auberge.\nCes plateformes creuses s\u2019installent dans les champs sans les endommager, leurs mat\u00e9rialit\u00e9 rompt toutefois avec l’existant afin de proposer des objets durables, pouvant s’int\u00e9grer au paysages \u00e0 terme.\n<\/figcaption>\n <\/article>\n\n\n\n

La grange<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n

L\u2019auberge et la grange sont r\u00e9habilit\u00e9s pour proposer des exp\u00e9riences de halte diff\u00e9rentes, s\u2019accordant aux diff\u00e9rents voyageurs. Le paysage est toujours mis en valeur, et devient finalement l\u2019objet majeur de mon architecture.\nLe voyageur en vadrouille choisit ainsi sa chambre en fonction de ses affinit\u00e9s. Les deux b\u00e2tisses sont tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rentes, mais restent peupl\u00e9es d\u2019objets de m\u00e9moire rappelant les anciennes vies de la maison.\n<\/figcaption>\n <\/article>\n\n\n\n

La 3e b\u00e2tisse de l\u2019auberge est une ancienne \u00e9curie. Les voyageurs et messagers d\u2019autrefois y laissaient reposer leurs monture pour reprendre la route le lendemain.\nLe voyageur de demain se r\u00e9approprie ces usages contemporainement, et laisse sa monture \u00e0 deux roues dans au garage pour la nuit.\nIl r\u00e9pare son objets dans l\u2019atelier et profite toujours des ouvertures cadrant les paysages qui accompagnent son activit\u00e9.\n<\/figcaption>\n <\/article>\n\n\n\n

A world that has long disappeared, embodied by an island placed in the middle of a field. Here, the travel inn that we see from the road proposes to inverse perspectives in order to contemplate these landscapes that have been normalised by the agri-food industry. The inn strives to restore the value of this region and its traditions in order to make the most of its heritage. Keen to move with their times, tomorrow\u2019s travellers are becoming open to new ways of considering journeys.
