A travers une d\u00e9marche de r\u00e9habilitation, urbaine et sociale. Le r\u00e9-emploi des mat\u00e9riaux issu de la d\u00e9molition, l\u2019utilisation de mat\u00e9riaux bio sources et provenant de la r\u00e9gion.&nbsp;<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n\n<article class=\"text-paragraph bloc\"><div class=\"text-paragraph__content type-text\"><div class=\"text-paragraph__wrapper wrapper typo-scope\"><p class=\"text-paragraph__text p-paragraph style-center gut-hook-text\">Urbanistique : Pr\u00e9servation du patrimoine paysager et architectural afin de pr\u00e9server les identit\u00e9s marseillaises, la r\u00e9habilitation et la transformation des b\u00e2timents existants. R\u00e9habiliter, r\u00e9em- ployer, recycler ce qui peut l\u2019\u00eatre. Le d\u00e9veloppement de la ville doit s\u2019accompagner de l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de l\u2019existant.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n\n<article class=\"text-paragraph bloc\"><div class=\"text-paragraph__content type-text\"><div class=\"text-paragraph__wrapper wrapper typo-scope\"><p class=\"text-paragraph__text p-paragraph style-center gut-hook-text\">Archi : Th\u00e9matique des \u00abespaces partag\u00e9s\u00bb\/ \u00ab&nbsp;espaces priv\u00e9s&nbsp;\u00bb, en particulier dans l\u2019habitat interg\u00e9n\u00e9rationnel, pour proposer un lieu vivant, o\u00f9 le lien social porte le projet. Here, the aim is to bring an abandoned factory back to life through a rehabilitative approach. It seeks to propose a protocol in order to bring together families and their senior members in order to combat isolation and a loss of independence, while emphasising what the elderly can bring to the residence.As such, the project proposes a new form of \u201ccommunity living\u201d through three types of accommodation.
