Voici le parking de la Cavalerie, situ\u00e9, comme son nom l\u2019indique, au 6-8-10 rue de la cavalerie dans le 15eme arrondissement de Paris, voisin de la Tour Eiffel et des invalides. C\u2019est un fragment du si\u00e8cle dernier, h\u00e9ritier de la supr\u00e9matie pass\u00e9e de l\u2019automobile et des Gentleman\u2019s club.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n\n

Le projet Intersection se concentre sur les trois \u00e9tages les plus hauts, qui abritent un court de tennis, un terrain de pelote basque et un restaurant \u00e0 l\u2019abandon. Tout l\u2019enjeu de mon projet a \u00e9t\u00e9 de trouver un \u00e9quilibre entre pr\u00e9servation du patrimoine et de l\u2019histoire du lieu tout en le faisant entrer dans notre si\u00e8cle.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n

Un programme : le mus\u00e9e Citro\u00ebn s’installe dans les anciens \u00e9tages de parking, et le gentlemen’s club reprend vie sous une forme plus contemporaine au 6\u00e8me, 7\u00e8me et 8\u00e8me \u00e9tage.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n

Le motif quadrill\u00e9 du filet s’\u00e9tire sur les 9 \u00e9tages du b\u00e2timents, des boxs du parking jusqu’aux espaces sportifs du 6\u00e8me \u00e9tage.\n \n<\/figcaption>\n <\/article>\n\n\n\n

Pour redonner une coh\u00e9rence visuelle d\u2019ensemble au parking il \u00e9tait n\u00e9cessaire de lui donner une nouvelle identit\u00e9 graphique. La trame quadrill\u00e9e, pr\u00e9sente dans tout le b\u00e2timent, des espaces automobiles aux espaces sportifs, agit comme une ligne directrice.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n\n

Ces lignes qui s\u2019entrecroisent symbolisent autant la r\u00e9union des diff\u00e9rents espaces de cet immeuble morcel\u00e9 que la rencontre entre son pass\u00e9 et son pr\u00e9sent. La traduction architecturale de ces lignes, \u00e0 travers notamment les trames m\u00e9talliques ou le filet parle d\u2019une architecture contemporaine qui valorise la l\u00e9g\u00e8ret\u00e9 et la transparence.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n\n

Ces croisements g\u00e9n\u00e8rent des cadres et fabrique des points de vue qui canalisent le regard dans un espace d\u00e9mesur\u00e9ment grand.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n

Le 6\u00e8me<\/sup> \u00e9tage est enti\u00e8rement d\u00e9di\u00e9 au sport, plus encore \u00e0 une symbiose d\u2019activit\u00e9s sportives g\u00e9n\u00e9ratrices de partage, d\u2019un vivre ensemble. Il rassemble un tennis, un terrain de pelote, une salle de danse et un bureau de kin\u00e9sith\u00e9rapeute.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n\n

Le tout est uni par les lignes directrices fortes, du calepinage du carrelage aux poteaux de la structure en passant par les montants des casiers ou les mailles des filets.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n

L’espace restaurant se pr\u00e9sente sous la forme d’un plan libre, proposant trois ambiances de d\u00e9gustation diff\u00e9rentes. A chaque ambiance sa gamme color\u00e9e qui fait \u00e9cho \u00e0 la perspective sur laquelle elle ouvre. Une fois encore, la trame quadrill\u00e9e conf\u00e8re son unit\u00e9 au restaurant.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n

Au 8\u00e8me \u00e9tage, on trouve le bar, qui semble flotter au milieu de la v\u00e9g\u00e9tation : son rev\u00e8tement m\u00e9tallique effet miroir recouvert d\u2019une trame color\u00e9e, le fait l\u00e9viter. Une ouverture dans le toit le baigne de lumi\u00e8re, et fait \u00e9tinceler les verres et les bouteilles.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n

Verre en main, on peut traverser la terrasse et prendre place dans un fauteuil sur l\u2019un des il\u00f4ts. Pour y acc\u00e9der sans abimer la v\u00e9g\u00e9tation, compos\u00e9e de mousses et de gramin\u00e9s de plus en plus hauts \u00e0 mesure qu\u2019on approche des rambardes, il faut emprunter l\u2019une des passerelles en trame m\u00e9tallique qui laisse passer les feuilles au travers.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n
